What we’re looking for
- NCCCO certification for relevant equipment class
- Solid lift experience with mobile, all-terrain, crawler, or rough-terrain cranes (depending on role)
- OSHA 10 minimum
- Class A CDL preferred for operators (driving the carrier to site)
- Field rigger / signal experience for rigger roles

Frequently asked questions
What certifications are required for crane operators?
NCCCO certification for the equipment class you'll operate (mobile, lattice, articulating). We will support recertification and additional class certifications for the right candidate. OSHA 10 minimum; OSHA 30 preferred for supervisory roles.
Do you hire riggers without a certification?
Entry-level rigger roles are available with the right work history and willingness to test. Riggers and signal persons working critical lifts must hold NCCCO Rigger Level 1 / Signal Person certifications.
